Experience as ICM and ELT consultant in implementation, maintenance and development support and design projects. Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract. Experience in Release support - Technical Specifications, Test cases, build, test support and deployments. Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology.

Provide end to end architecture and design solutions. Ability to provide solutions and drive the project in terms of architecture, design, solutioning. Design architecture for ICM solutions, technical lead and solution architect. Handling of customer requirements workshops, documenting the discussion, drafting the action plan and execution of the plan to closure. Incident Management and allocation of Incidents to appropriate groups. Creating estimations of tasks and drafting of integrated project plan for change requests. Mentor developers to develop the solution.
