JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Technician. On a daily basis this person will taking in request through both calls and their ServiceNow ticketing system troubleshooting things such as password resets, adding and removing users on Active Directory, and escalating to appropriate Tier 2 teams as needed for servers, network, application support, etc. This person must be comfortable reporting onsite 2=3 days a week onsite. This position pays $25/hr.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk role with heavy phone and customer service experience
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite
