JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Technician. On a daily basis this person will taking in request through both calls and their ServiceNow ticketing system troubleshooting things such as password resets, adding and removing users on Active Directory, and escalating to appropriate Tier 2 teams as needed for servers, network, application support, etc. This person must be comfortable reporting onsite 2=3 days a week onsite. This position pays $25/hr.
