Main Responsibilities:
1、负责LTC、IPD、ISC领域的业务对象识别，数据架构设计、优化、看护，形成数据资产
Responsible for identifying business objects in LTC, IPD, ISC domains, designing, optimizing, and stewarding data architecture to create data assets.
2、负责LTC、IPD、ISC领域数据标准制定和数据质量的提升，推动数据入湖，提供数据DIY服务
Responsible for standardizing data and improving data quality in LTC, IPD, ISC domains, driving data lakes integration, and offering DIY data services.
3、基于业务痛点和数据资产，识别数据应用场景和推动落实，解决业务问题和挑战
Based on business pain points and data assets, identify data use cases and drive implementation to solve business problems and challenges.
4、优化重构相关业务主题域模型，持续提升数据交付质量
Optimize and refactor relevant business domain models to continuously enhance data delivery quality.
5、根据数据入湖六项原则，对提出入湖需求的数据进行合规性检查
Conduct compliance checks on data proposed for ingestion into the data lake according to the six principles of data lake entry
6、参与公司数据治理体系的优化
Participate in optimizing the company's data governance framework
7、完成公司安排的其它相关的工作任务；
Complete other related tasks assigned by the company
Requirements:
1、信息技术、计算机科学、数据科学、统计学或相关领域的本科及以上学历;
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
2、熟悉数据管理工具和技术，如SQL、NoSQL数据库、ETL工具、数据仓库和大数据技术;
Proficient in data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, NoSQL databases, ETL tools, data warehouses, and big data technologies.
3、具备数据分析和数据可视化的能力，熟练使用相关软件如Tableau、Power BI等;
Capable of data analysis and data visualization, adept in using software such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
4、了解数据治理和数据安全的最佳实践;
Familiar with best practices in data governance and data security.
5、5年以上数据管理相关工作经验，其中至少2年管理经验。
Over 5 years of experience in data management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
