On site leads should have knowledge of launching/ installation/support of new applications. Knowledge of hotel PMS will be an add on Key responsibilities: Work closely with the hotel PMS Vendor to help resolve/ support hotels for any queries Assist hotel teams in any roll out related queries Be point of contact for queries related to Property management system Assist in handling tickets as escalated Understand hotel PMS nuances and support wherever needed Record detailed and timely notes for documentation related to the installation Manage the customer experience towards high levels of satisfaction Will be required to travel to IHG hotels across UK Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: Experience in customer service with experience as hotel - front office executive/assistant manager Experience in project management Must be a self-starter and a motivated team player with a positive attitude Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional listening skills Will be required to travel to IHG hotels across UK Ability to maintain professional attitude under stress Ability to multi-task with attention to detail Ability to be flexible with changing schedules and priorities Ability to work independently and without direct supervision Proficient in a Windows environment; Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience in Salesforce; and with internet browsers such as Google Chrome.
