About the Role:

Job Title: Frontend Support Engineer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root cause and provide solutions to recurring issues.
• Ensure that all incidents are tracked and resolved within the agreed-upon SLAs.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the production environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during non-business hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good technical depth in Angular or React
• Experience in developing web pages using HTML/HTML5, XML, DHTML, CSS/CSS3, SASS, LESS, JavaScript.
• React JS, Redux, Flex/ Angular JS (1.X) JQuery, JSON, Node.js,, Ajax, JQUERY Bootstrap
• Someone with strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with development of UI Components, building compelling UI pages, integrating via API knowledge working with API Integration.
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
• Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
• Expertise in frontend component design
• Creating interactive and engaging UX screens for web and mobile applications.
• Designing captivating and professional presentations
• Working with clients, engaging with them through discussions about design style recommendations and produce require layouts.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000 – $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
