About the Role: Job Title: UX Researcher . Job Description: Responsibilities: • Create thorough UX research plans and execute on them effectively. • Plan and conduct both quantitative and qualitative studies. • Document the output of the interviews in well-organized and detailed notes. • Analyze and synthesize the data to gather insights and product recommendations. • Create presentations and reports to communicate the findings and recommendations to engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the research insights are incorporated into the product development process. Must Haves: Minimum 4 years experience with Strong Quantitative Skills: The candidate should be proficient in complex statistical analysis, including cluster analysis, and proficient in software like R or SPSS for data analysis. Minimum 4 years experience with Foundational and Evaluative Research Experience: The candidate should have experience running both foundational and evaluative research work and understand the difference between the two Minimum 4 years experience with Strong Communication Skills: The candidate must possess strong communication skills for presenting and communicating findings to stakeholders Location : Remote. Salary Range: The salary for this position is between CAD 120,000- CAD 140,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
