Position: Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Ogden, UT - Must be comfortable working 5 days per week onsite for the first few months, then will move to 2 days remote, 3 days onsite. Flexible working hours.
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
Duration: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire
A client of Insight Global is building out their onsite helpdesk/desktop support team. Team members will be working emails, answering phone calls, and using Freshservice for tickets. They will be doing remote and in-person, hands-on support. Tasks include full-service helpdesk/desktop support - user access, password resets, application support. Need a great attitude and customer services skills - will train you on technical skills. Looking for future employees who want to grow with the company long term.
